The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Al Ain set up a special pavilion as part of its participation in the awareness exhibition held in Al Bawadi Mall center in Al Ain. The pavilion aims to acquaint visitors with the various services provided by the directorate to the public.
Colonel Khalifa Matar Balquba' Al Humairi, Director of the Residency and Foreigners Affairs Department in Al Ain, indicated that such participation aims at promoting the directorate’s services and introducing the new services initiatives, with a view to facilitate access to these services by the public and achieving customers’ satisfaction.
Colonel Al Humairi added: "As part of the pavilion, we gave visitors an overview of the different services provided by the directorate and its various external service centers. We also acquainted them with the new customer-centric services initiatives, by streamlining access to these services and to other available packages."
