Institute of Community Police Launches Initiative to Prepare Training Cadres of Retired Officers

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates - Monday, September 15th 2014 [ME NewsWire]
The Institute of Community Police of the Community Policing Department at the Abu Dhabi Police recently launched an initiative to prepare training cadres of retired officers in various areas to work as trainers in their respective field of specialization. This initiative comes within the initiatives carried out by the Community Police and Policing Sciences Institute in Abu Dhabi.
Captain Tareq Al Junaibi, Executive Director of the Institute, said, “This initiative will significantly contribute to finding qualified nationals responsible for spreading security awareness and we will benefit from their experiences in both field and practical levels. This will lead to the development of mechanisms for police work and will be in accordance with the strategic plan of the Abu Dhabi Police that aims to achieve the highest levels of excellence in performance and customer service.”
