Partnership with Swarovski pioneers Dubai’s first ever crystal-inspired residential haven

Dubai-based property developer Tebyan has signed a partnership agreement with Austrian crystal giant Swarovski at its headquarters in Wattens, Austria, to create the first-of-its-kind crystal-inspired ‘Sparkle Towers at Dubai Marina’ in the region. Branded ‘Space Marveled by SWAROVSKI®’, the towers are an ultra-luxurious resort-style residential haven with crystal-themed innovations including sparkling lighting solutions, crystal interiors and more.
The architectural masterpiece features two towers (G+29 and G+14 floors), connected by a residential podium (G+4 floors). Residents enjoy picturesque views of Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residence and the sea, in world-class comfort.
