Dubai-based creative digital agency TAKELEAP developed their latest innovation in Augmented Reality (AR) with its real estate app My Virtual Home, created and customized for the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program (SZHP).

TAKELEAP created a highly enhanced AR technology with My Virtual Home app, offering a meticulous visualization of the architectural model of villas developed by the SZHP. My Virtual Home allows users to take a virtual tour of the houses by exploring all interior facets and details, as if physically present on location.

Its superior quality graphics, a multilingual interface that can be changed in real time, and the application size that remains minimal even with the addition of new visuals using cloud technology, ensure a convenient, user friendly experience. In addition, My Virtual Home also functions perfectly without a printed marker, unlike other AR apps. Another unique characteristic is its catalog system which enables customized viewing as per users’ interest; based on the specified villa preference, the app downloads that villa model only, thereby saving space and improving performance.

Keeping up with the current digital boom, My Virtual Home facilitates sharing villa screenshots and user pictures on Social Media from the app itself, and directly emailing them to others.

To perfect the My Virtual Home experience, TAKELEAP also developed a touch screen app that presents an astounding simulation of reality. The touch app currently includes over 800 villas from the Sharjah-Al Ittihad and Fujairah-Sheikh Khalifa compounds, with more to be added soon.
