The
Traffic Institute at the Abu Dhabi Police Traffic and Patrols
Directorate organized a lecture titled "The Federal Traffic Laws and
Regulations" for a group of students from Al Ain University of Science
and Technology (AAU) in the College of Law building.
The
lecture was delivered by Captain Salem Ali Al Kutbi, Training Branch
Manager at the Institute, by which he indicated that organizing such
educational lectures is in pursuance of the efforts exerted to ensure a
safer society by spreading traffic safety culture in society. He also
explained the concept of traffic law and its various provisions during
his lecture.
For their part, students and faculty
members praised the educational and awareness programs provided by Abu
Dhabi Police to the public, in order to enhance society segments'
confidence and instill reassurance in them. The students interacted
positively with the lecturer who, in turn, answered their queries about
the traffic safety concept.
