Masharef Abha Receives Overwhelming Response at Cityscape Kuwait

Dr. Abdulmuhsen Al-Medaaj, Minister of Commerce and Industry, Kuwait visited the Masharef Abha stand to study its investment opportunities

Masharef Abha, a major real estate project in Kuwait City, has received an overwhelming response at the premier international real estate investment and development event Cityscape Kuwait, being held at the Kuwait International Fairgrounds. Dr. Abdulmuhsen Al-Medaaj, Minister of Commerce and Industry of Kuwait visited the Masharef Abha stand at Cityscape to study the various investment opportunities of the project.

Cityscape is the largest Real Estate conference in the region and popular among all the national and international public and corporate sectors.

During the Minister’s visit at the Masharef stand, he met with Mr. Ibrahim Al-Majdouie the Executive Manager of Al-Majdouie Group, the owners and developers of Masharef Abha project. Mr. Majdouie presented the different properties archetype of Masharef Abha and shared the success of the project which has been achieved over the last two phases of sale. An investment of SR. 350 Million was raised in second stage of sale of the project.

“The project has already welcomed a huge response and continues to offer great investment opportunity,” Mr. Majdouie said while speaking about the project. “The project is supported by great infrastructure including wide and clean roads, electricity coverage, water system, sewage system and rain flow channels,” he added.

The Minister acknowledged and appreciation the Masharef project and the privileges plan for the housing society, noting the positive response from visitors. He said that Mashareb Abha’s presence at Cityscape presented a good opportunity for those interested in Abha, the Gulf tourism capital.

70 per cent of the Masharef project has been already sold, of which 30 per cent is currently occupied. The project currently has one mosque and another one is under construction. 5 more mosques have been planned in multiple locations as part of the project, with one big mosque. 7 schools for girls and boys, and kindergartens schools for kids are also part of the plan. The project has also considered providing a healthy social environment by planning 7 public parks, social and health centers and Government offices. The street map has been well-designed with 25, 30 and 40 meters width roads planned.

Masharef Abha is strategically located on the highway connecting the city, and it is close to all vital services of the city like the Airport, the Maternity Hospital, the Malls and the Sport City. Masharef Abha is located on a peak level of city which itself considered as mountains and this place is ideal location meant to build society in it.

Abha is popular tourist destination in Kuwait. The area receives 100 per cent occupancy from residents during summers, and enjoy special attention from the Saudi government which has an ambition of developing it to be the capital of tourism in the region.
