سيف بن زايد يشهد تخريج الدفعة الثانية من دبلوم التميز في خدمة المتعاملين

حثّ الفريق سمو الشيخ سيف بن زايد آل نهيان، نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الداخلية، على مشاركة جميع الشركاء في القطاع الخاص من المواطنين ببرنامج دبلوم التميز في خدمة المتعاملين في دورته المقبلة؛ تعزيزاً للمزيد من فرص الارتقاء بقطاع الخدمات وجودة مخرجاته.

وكان سموّه شهد اليوم (الثلاثاء) حفل تخريج  490 موظفاً من مختلف القطاعات الشرطية والجهات الحكومية من الدفعة الثانية لبرنامج دبلوم التميز في خدمة المتعاملين، في نادي ضباط الشرطة بأبوظبي.

وأكد سموّه اهتمام قيادة الوطن بالارتقاء المستمر بمستوى تقديم الخدمة؛ لافتاً  سموه إلى أن صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائب رئيس الدولة، رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي "رعاه الله" ،  أعلن مؤخراً مبادرة، وسيتم تنظيم خلوه لها  بمشاركة  أفراد  من المجتمع والجلوس معهم  لإبداء آرائهم ومقترحاتهم.

كما أشار سموه إلى كلمة صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان، ولي عهد أبوظبي نائب القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة، التي وجهها بمناسبة قدوم العام الجديد وتناول فيها  التحديات والإنجازات التي حققتها الدولة،  والتأكيد على دور أبناء الوطن في هذا التطور من خلال مشاركتهم الإيجابية في تقديم المقترحات التطويرية .

وشكر سمو نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الداخلية، جهود القائمين على هذا المشروع، خاصة شركة الاتصالات، الشركة الوطنية الرائدة في هذا المجال، داعياً إياهم إلى إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وحثهم على تقديم مبادرة في هذا الشأن.

وكان حفل التخريج بدأ بالسلام الوطني، وأعرب العقيد ناصر خادم الكعبي، مدير إدارة خدمة المتعاملين في الإدارة العامة للاستراتيجية وتطوير الأداء، في كلمة له، عن خالص الشكر والامتنان للفريق سمو الشيخ سيف بن زايد آل نهيان، نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الداخلية؛ على رعايته الكريمة وحضوره الحفل.

وقال إن دولة الإمارات تسعى لتحقيق رفاهية المواطنين وإسعادهم، تحقيقاً لرؤية الإمارات 2021م، مشيراً إلى اهتمام الحكومة ببناء الإنسان وتنميته، إذ أطلقت الحكومة العديد من المبادرات والبرامج لتأهيل وتطوير العاملين في مجال تقديم الخدمات لرفع مستوى الأداء الحكومي؛ ودفع مسيرة التنمية المستدامة في الدولة.

وأضاف إن وزارة الداخلية أولت اهتماماً كبيراً بخدمة المتعاملين، وتطوير العاملين في مجال تقديم الخدمات، فتبنت ضمن خطتها الاستراتيجية مشاريع ومبادرات لتطوير الخدمات وأداء الموظفين، كبرنامج الدبلوم المهني للتميز في خدمة المتعاملين المعتمد من الجمعية الدولية لتدريب الأعمال، والمنفذ بالتعاون مع أكاديمية اتصالات، للارتقاء بالعنصر البشري، من خلال منهج علمي بإشراف  خبراء متخصصين في التنمية البشرية في مجال خدمة المتعاملين .

ذكر العقيد ناصر خادم الكعبي، مدير إدارة خدمة المتعاملين في الإدارة العامة للاستراتيجية وتطوير الأداء، أن عدد المنتسبين لهذا البرنامج  بلغ (866 مشاركاً)، منذ انطلاقه في عام 2014م،  حيث شارك في الدفعة الأولى (376) مشاركاً، أما الدفعة الثانية فقد كان عدد المشاركين (490) منتسباً من مختلف الجهات الحكومية.

Saif bin Zayed Attends the Graduation of the Second Batch of Customer Service Excellence Diploma

A Total of 490 Government Sector employees

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates - Tuesday, December 29th 2015 [ME NewsWire]

Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior urged all partners in the private sector to participate in the next edition of the Customer Service Excellence Diploma, in order to provide further opportunities to upgrade the quality of the service sector.

These comments were made by His Highness while attending the graduation of 490 employees from various governmental and police sectors in the UAE on Tuesday at the Police Officers Club in Abu Dhabi. The recognized employees are the second batch of Customer Service Excellence Diploma.

His Highness Sheikh Saif underscored the significant attention dedicated by the country’s leadership to continuously upgrade the level of service. He said: “His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai has recently announced a remarkable initiative, by which a meeting will be held with members of the community to collect their views and suggestions.”

Furthermore, His Highness Sheikh Saif pointed out to the statement made by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, on the occasion of the advent of the New Year. Sheikh Mohammed highlighted the achievements of the UAE despite the tremendous changes and challenges and emphasized the valuable role of citizens in driving this development through their positive contribution in providing proposals for development.

His Highness Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Minister extended his heartfelt thanks to Etisalat, the leading local private telecommunications provider. He also expressed his gratitude to the supervisors of the project, urging them to find appropriate solutions to social media and to submit an initiative in this matter.

The graduation ceremony began with the national anthem. Colonel Nasser Khadem Al Kaabi, Head of the Customer Service Department at the Directorate General of Strategy and Performance Development delivered a speech on the occasion, by which he expressed his heartfelt thanks and appreciation to HH Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior for his support and attendance at the ceremony.

Adding further, His Highness Sheikh Saif said: “The UAE seeks to achieve the well-being and happiness for all citizens, in line with the UAE vision 2021.” He noted that the ultimate objective of any development plan set forth by the government is the all-important human factor. “To this end, the government has launched several initiatives and programs to qualify customer service staff members and refine their skills, so as to enhance the government's performance level; and further drive sustainable development in the country,” he noted.

In conclusion, His Highness Sheikh Saif said: “The Ministry of Interior has dedicated significant attention to promote customer service, and improve the competencies of customer service personnel. As a part of its strategic plan, the Ministry of Interior has adopted a number of projects and initiatives to develop and improve its services offered to customers, notably the Customer Service Diploma Program. The diploma is accredited by the International Business Training Association (IBTA), and is being carried out in collaboration with Etisalat Academy in order to develop the skills of human resources via a scientific approach that is supervised by experts in human development in the field of customer service”.

He said: “376 candidates took part in the first edition of the Customer Service Diploma Program, while 490 candidates from various governmental sectors enrolled in the second edition.”

Moreover, he noted that 50 percent of the seats were allocated for the Ministry of Interior strategic partners’ staff members, whereas staff members from 46 local and federal government entities took part in the program’s second course. This contributed significant benefit to all, in terms of exchanging expertise, spreading the culture of excellence amongst staff members of government agencies and benefiting from the experiences of other institutions.

(NYSE : TEVA) (TASE : TEVA) ont publié aujourd'hui l'annonce de suivi ci-dessous concernant les grandes lignes de leur nouvelle entreprise au Japon, dont le lancement a été initialement divulgué le 30 novembre 2015 dans le communiqué de presse intitulé « TEVA et Takeda établissent un partenariat unique pour répondre aux larges besoins non satisfaits des patients et en vue de l'importance croissante de l'utilisation des médicaments génériques au Japon ». مجلس "الداخلية" في العين يدعو لتعزيز المواطنة الإيجابية

MoI Council in Al Ain Calls for Promoting Positive Patriotism

During the Ministry of Interior’s Council hosted by Bakhit Suwaidan Al Ketbi at his residence in Al Ain, participants called for enacting policies to promote positive patriotism amongst citizens. They also called for establishing work strategies that focus on the valuable role of the family and educational institutions in enhancing citizens’ loyalty and sense of belonging. Participants also stressed the need to reinforce the sense of patriotism in young people, by encouraging them to attend the different social and traditional events and festivals, and to engage in volunteer work.

The council, held in Al Ain under the theme “Loyalty and the sense of belonging to the country”, is part of the series of awareness councils organized by the Law Respect Culture Bureau,  in cooperation with the Security Media Department at the General Secretariat of the Office of HH Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.

Brigadier Dr. Khalfan Sultan Al Kendi, Head of the Personnel Affairs Department at Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters, tackled the sense of belonging and loyalty towards the UAE. He explained the strong and pronounced connection between both concepts; stressing the need to nurture these positive concepts amongst the youth and to instill the value of positive patriotism in them as an expression of gratitude towards the generous benevolent country.

Adding further, Brigadier Al Kendi said: “Loyalty triggers a strong sense of belonging and the sense of belonging strengthens healthy social relations. Loyalty is clearly expressed in a deep-rooted sense of belonging to the country and loyalty to the leaders, and is closely linked to national pride.”

Brigadier Al Kendi highlighted the main components of the values of loyalty and belonging to the country, notably taking pride in the country and its achievements and maintaining its national security. He noted that loyalty and belonging to the country are instrumental to enhancing citizens’ national identity based on several aspects, such as common history, religion, and environment.

In conclusion, Brigadier Al Kendi discussed the effect of increasing citizens’ loyalty and sense of belonging, and their role in reinforcing their sense of patriotism. This would ensure positive interaction and dedication in discharging their national duties, protecting the country, and ultimately taking part in the national efforts to elevate the name of the UAE and maintain its gains.

وأشار  إلى  حرص دولة الإمارات  العربية المتحدة  على دعم الجهود  الحضارية  التي  تتابعها منظمة  الـ "في جي تي" في حماية الطفل، والتعاون في مكافحة الجرائم التي تستهدف الطفل عالمياً، مؤكداً  العمل من خلال  رئاسة  الدورة الحالية  للقوة العالمية الافتراضية  على ضم اكبر عدد من قوات الشرطة في اطار الـ "في جي تي" ، لمواصلة دورها في إنفاذ القانون، والدفع قدماً بالأعمال والبرامج الرائدة، وحشد العالم والرأي العام، ومؤسسات التوعية لتكريس جهودها في حماية الطفل والطفولة من أي انتهاكات. 

 ومن جانبها أعربت  كارلي  اشير يوست،  الرئيس والمؤسس  لائتلاف انقاذ الأطفال،  عن  اعتزاز  "المنظمة"  بالانضمام  إلى  التحالف الهادف لحماية  أهم مكون  للمجتمع، وهو  الطفل، مؤكدة الحرص على تنمية  العلاقات  العامة والشبكات والاتصالات  لتعزيز  النمو  والتطور في هذا  الجانب .

وذكر  "الائتلاف"،   في بيان صحافي له، أن  تقنية نظام حماية الأطفال المتقدمة حتى تاريخه نجحت في المساعدة على محاكمة وإدانة أكثر من 6,500 مسيء للأطفال عبر الإنترنت وأنقذت أكثر من 1,000 طفل تعرض للإساءة خلال السنوات الأربع الماضية. وتم تنفيذ عمليات الاعتقال في أكثر من 20 دولة .

 جدير بالذكر  أن إئتلاف إنقاذ الأطفال  يعد منظمة غير ربحية تتخذ من بوكا راتون مقراً لها، وتتمتع بعلاقات عالمية، إذ أمضت العقد الماضي في بناء أحدث تقنية في العالم لتتبع المسيئين للأطفال عبر الإنترنت.

ونجح نظام المنظمة غير الربحية عبر الشراكات الاستباقية مع هيئات إنفاذ القانون في رصد 44 مليون مجرم حول العالم؛ بهدف حماية الأطفال من الوقوع ضحية الاستغلال والإساءة الجنسية.

VGT Welcomes the Joining of Child Rescue Coalition

The Virtual Global Taskforce (VGT) recently welcomed the joining of the Child Rescue Coalition to the VGT, with the aim to promote the efforts of protecting children from online sexual exploitation. The new membership joining came after a vote by the members of the VGT’s Board of Directors.

Major General Dr. Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of HH Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Chair of the VGT stressed that the joining of the Child Rescue Coalition is an important addition to the VGT, given the Coalition’s efforts and success in fighting child sexual abuse. The efforts are embodied through advanced data and technology, provided to child exploitation investigators around the world, to help track, arrest and convict those who use the internet to harm children.

He pointed the keenness of the UAE to support the efforts of the VGT in child protection, and noted the cooperation in fighting children related crimes on a global level. He reiterated on the work through the current chair of the VGT to engage as many law enforcement agencies as possible in the VGT to continue its role in law enforcement; drive leading projects and programs; and mobilize the world, public opinion, and awareness organizations to dedicate their efforts to protect children from any violations.

According to the Child Rescue Coalition (CRC), to date, the sophisticated Child Protection System technology has successfully aided in the prosecution and conviction of more than 6,500 online predators and rescued over 1,000 abused children in the past four years. Arrests have been made in over 20 countries.

The CRC, is a Boca Raton-based nonprofit organization with global reach, has spent the past decade building the world’s most sophisticated technology to hunt online predators.

Through proactive partnerships with law enforcement, the nonprofit’s system has tracked 44 million offenders around the world in order to protect children from sexual exploitation and abuse.
