Kosmos Energy Prices Initial Public Offering of Common Shares

(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kosmos Energy Ltd. (NYSE: KOS) announces today that the company has priced its initial public offering of 33 million common shares at $18.00 per share. The common shares will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on May 11, 2011, under the ticker symbol “KOS.” The underwriters have the option to purchase from Kosmos Energy up to an additional 4.95 million common shares, on the same terms and conditions, to cover over-allotments, if any.
