Allow utilities and municipalities to generate power at significant savings(efficiency doubles from state-of-art plants at 34%to 68%, and potentially 80%+ when fully optimized).
All non-nuclear fuels may be utilized without harm to the environment.
No CO, NO2 emissions.
Virtually no SO2 and SO3 emissions.
