Guests were treated to a selection of savory canapés ahead of surrendering to the soft heart of the new Secret Sensations flavor. Secret Sensations is a luxurious range where a flavored liquid centre is encased by the smooth and rich ice cream. Meringue & Raspberry Fondant joins the first two gourmet dessert flavors in the range; Chocolate Fondant and Crème Brûlée.
As with all Häagen-Dazs flavors, the ingredients are sourced from around the world so that only the finest tastes are combined to make the finished product. Red and off-white, the colors of the new product’s main ingredients, meringue and raspberry, were worked into the event: raspberry and lychee beverages, and color relevant flower and candle centre pieces teased guests before the actual product was revealed.
The highlight of the event was the unveiling of an ice sculpture, inside which the gourmet product was displayed, frozen for all to see.
The recurring ‘fire and ice’ theme that Häagen-Dazs has been incorporating into its events lately was accentuated by LED light ‘fire’ dancers who performed intriguing routines, cold blue colored statues, wall projections of fire and ice related imagery, and a second ice sculpture with a Häagen-Dazslogo carved into it.
The whole event was a secret sensation in itself!
