Cleveland Clinic and Mayo Clinic in collaboration with the Emirates Cardiac Society and the Saudi Heart Association are pleased to announce The 3rd Annual Case Based Approach to Controversies in Cardiovascular Disease from 10th to the 12th of January, 2013 at the Ritz-Carlton, DIFC - Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This interactive case based program is designed to encourage delegates to apply data from clinical trials and registries to provide better care for patients with cardiovascular disease including ACS patients who require antiplatelet therapy as well as review new minimally invasive approaches for heart valve repair. The cases that will be presented include Controversies in Newer Percutaneous Interventions by Dr. Joseph Maalouf (USA) & Controversies in Management of Adult Congenital Heart Disease by Dr. Naser Ammash (USA).
Through this knowledgeable approach and use of current evidence based therapies, providers will be able to incorporate the most up-to-date research into their clinical practice and, thus, optimize patient outcomes.
The congress welcomes cardiovascular surgeons and physicians, fellows and residents in cardiothoracic and cardiology training programs, nurses, physician assistants and other allied health professionals involved in the care of cardiovascular patients, and medical students with an interest in cardiothoracic surgery and cardiology
Alongside the symposium, there will be an exhibit that will showcase the latest in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
Participants can pre-register or register onsite for this congress. The registration fee entitles participants to attend all the general sessions, exhibition, coffee breaks, lunches and congress materials.
