ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates - Friday, June 14th 2013 [ME NewsWire]The Electronics and Telecommunications Services Department at the Ministry of Interior celebrated the graduation of 4 specialized technical and administrative training courses with the participation of 58 members from the various departments and directorates at the Ministry. The courses, organized by the Technical Training Department at the Electronics and Telecommunications Services, included the 15th course on “Operations Rooms Communications Management; the 2nd course for Cisco Certified Network Professionals (CCNP) the Presentation Skills course; the third course on Speech Communication and Rhetoric; and the 2nd course on Successful Management Basics. Also graduating were six female HCT students, who completed the Special Practical Training course for the Higher Colleges of Technology female students.
In his speech on the occasion, Colonel Salah Ahmad Mireich, Director of Technical Support Department, stressed the Ministry of Interior’s keenness to enhance cooperation with its external partners in general, and with the Higher Colleges of Technology in particular for the overall good. Moreover, he pointed out that the ministry endeavors to promote the efficiency of all the ministry’s personnel and improve their performance level to develop police work. This embodies its strategy aimed at qualifying and training its human cadre to keep abreast of all changes and developments taking place in today’s world in all areas. He also called on the graduates to redouble the efforts to improve work and achieve excellence; wishing them luck and success in their careers.
At the end of the ceremony, Colonel Salah Mireich accompanied by Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Head of Technical Training Section, distributed certificates to the graduates, in the presence of a number of officers from the Electronics and Telecommunications Services at the Ministry of Interior.
