Brigadier Mohamed Abdullah Alwan, Director General for Residency and Foreigners’ affairs in Ajman, inaugurated a coffee shop in the reception area at the Directorate General’s main building. . This comes within the diligent efforts to improve clients’ experience and exceed their expectations while processing their transactions; in addition to providing quality services to its internal customers.

He added: “The coffee shop is part of a series of developmental initiatives that the Directorate General plans to implement during 2013; in line with its preparations to upgrade customer service centers to obtain a 7-star rating, as per the Emirates Distinguished Government Service Program, which aims to enhance the competitiveness of the public service sector to match the private sector with respect to the efficiency and quality of services.
