ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates - Sunday, November 24th 2013 [ME NewsWire]
The Ministry of Interior launches a video clip of a poem, which is called: “Al Zaeem Al Falahi.” The clip is a gift from the MoI to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, on the occasion of the 42nd UAE National Day. The clip will be aired on various TV and radio stations starting Monday.
Lieutenant Fahed Abdullah Al Balushi, Head of the Branch of Media Campaigns at the Security Media Department, mentioned that the “Al Zaeem Al Falahi” poem is different from other national video clips in terms of combining the country’s heritage with the achievement, development and modernization of the UAE.
He added that work is produced by the Security Media Department of the General Secretariat of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. Al Balushi said that the clip paves the way to new art productions. Preparations for the work went for several months where participants have been meticulously chosen. Individuals represent different generations of locals. High-tech audio visual equipment was used in shooting the clip.
The Emirati film director, Jumaa Al Sahli, a Ministry of Interior’s officer and producer of the clip, explained the concept behind the clip; the story is about one of the MoI officers and his role in protecting the country. The clip also reveals the efforts of the officers in enhancing the security and stability of citizens and residents alike, in collaboration with other authorities in the country. The storyboard contains a mixture of UAE nationals of varying ages, the nation’s noble heritage, the modernization, and development of the country thanks to the exceptional vision of the Higher Leadership.
