The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi urged its distinguished staff members to exert further efforts in order to improve work performance and enhance the quality of services offered to the public. This statement came during an honoring ceremony organized by the Directorate General at its headquarters in Abu Dhabi, which was organized to honor its outstanding employees. Colonel Yusuf Ismail Al Khouri, Deputy Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi, attended the ceremony. Colonel Al Khouri honored the officers, non-commissioned officers, constables, civilians, and female staff members working at the department. Furthermore, he praised their efforts and the dedication they demonstrate while performing their duties and the efforts they made to improve their work. It is worth mentioning that the ceremony is part of the annual program that honors distinguished employees. It also reflects the importance of supporting and empowering employees and providing them with incentives in order to gain the trust of customers, which is an important strategic goal. This is also important in order to improve the administrative system, and place it among the priorities of the services offered to the public.
Colonel Al Khouri reiterated the Directorate General’s commitment to honoring outstanding staff members, as per the police leadership’s directives, which is in line with the Naturalization, Residency and Ports Sector strategy, as well as the Ministry of Interior’s strategy. “The police leadership appreciates the efforts exerted by all of its members to develop and improve work performance and bring it to a higher level,” concluded Colonel Al Khouri.
The ceremony was attended by heads of departments, chiefs of sections, and a number of officers from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi.
