The Saaed Company for Traffic Systems recently announced its strategy that aims to establish a sustainable Emiratisation process to attract more young Emirati staff members and raise the percentage of its Emirati employees. This came in light of the expansion and the growth of its operations in the Northern Emirates, so as to achieve the higher leadership’s visions and directives to supply the labor market with Emirati employees that are able to drive the economic growth of the state.
Kholoud Al Musallam, Director of the Human Resources Department at Saaed Company for Traffic Systems,noted that the company’s participation in the 16th edition of the National Career Exhibition , which is taking place from 19th -21st February, at Expo Centre Sharjah, falls in line with providing job opportunities to Emirati nationals and establishing a sustainable Emiratisation process.
Mrs. Al Musallam also said that with its pavilion at the fair, ‘Saaed’ will acquaint Emirati citizens with an extensive database of resumes and recruit qualified Emiratis, pointing out the company’s vision that aims to make Emirati nationals the first choice for recruiters by implementing the best practices of Emiratisation and develop the skills of citizens who are able to take the lead in development.
Mrs. called Emirati job seekers to visit Saaed’s pavilion at the fair, which is an important event that provides the labor market with skilled national staff, so as to strengthen the state’s Emiratisation strategy and prepare qualified personnel that will serve the homeland.
