The Law Respect Culture Bureau at the General Secretariat of the Office of H.H Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, announced that it will organize a law-themed artistic competition for students under the title: “ Colour your life with the tones of Law Respect” this year, in collaboration with the Watani Al Emarat Institution.
For this end, Lt. Colonel Dr. Salah Obeid Al Ghoul, Director of the Law Respect Culture Office, has received a delegation from the Watani Al Emarat Institution, which included Dherar Belhoul Al Falasi, General Director of the Watani Al Emarat Institution and Tamima Al Naesar, the event director.
Both parties discussed the methods of cooperation and partnership to spread and enhance positive concepts and elevate legal and social awareness among the Emirati youth. The meeting was attended by Lt. Colonel Dr. Hamoud Al Afari, Deputy Director of the Law Respect Culture Bureau and several other officers.
Lt. Colonel Al Ghoul said that consolidating the partnerships among national authorities has become necessary, and that the government always seeks to be distinguished on the individual and institutional levels. He stressed that the common goals of Law Respect Culture Bureau and the Watani Al Emarat Institution pave the way towards a wider scope of cooperation to create a generation aware and educated enough to respect laws and regulations.
Al Falasi praised the interaction between the Watani Al Emarat Institution and other civil institutions that address the youth in order to unify efforts, explore the talents of young people, invest in them, and advise them to serve the community.
Maryam Al Ahmadi, a social researcher from the Law Respect Culture Bureau, stated that the contest held under the title: “Colour your life with the tones of law respect” will include students of different ages from all over the country. She added that a team was formed to implement the initiative, the conditions for participation to support creativity among students, and instill the concept of law respect through drawing, writing and photography.
