General Saif Abdullah Al Sha’far, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Interior called upon the Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) Police General Headquarters to pursue their unwavering efforts to deliver the best service to the public according to international best standards.
These remarks were made by Lt. General Al Sha’far during the meeting he chaired at the (RAK) Police General Headquarters. The meeting was attended by Brigadier Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of RAK Police; Mohammed Al Nubi Mohammed, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of RAK Police; in addition to directors general, heads of departments, chief of sections, and a number of police officers.
Lt. General Al Sha’far stressed the importance of implementing the strategy of the Ministry of Interior (MoI) that is consistent with the general strategy of the federal government and the UAE cabinet. Implementing the MoI strategy will yield positive results in terms of promoting safety and security, reinforcing road security to reduce traffic congestion, accidents, and road fatalities, in addition to reducing crime rates, implementing initiatives in a manner that reflects the expected implementation indicators, and coordinating with other departments, each according to its jurisdiction, with a view to fulfill tasks and duties accurately and professionally.
Lt. General Al Sha’far expressed his thanks and appreciation for the efforts exerted by the RAK Police General Headquarters. He also praised the commitment of the leaders at the general headquarters and their unstinting keenness to implementing the policy and approach of the MoI in the field of continuous development and improvement, so as to promote police performance and the various services provided to the public. .
For his part, Brigadier Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of RAK Police, extended his thanks to Lt. General Al Sha’far for his inspection visit that reflects the MoI’s leaders’ dedication and their commitment to follow up on work processes at the different police general headquarters across the UAE. He also praised the MoI’s efforts to provide the necessary resources to overcome all obstacles to security and police work, with a view to advance security in the country. In conclusion, he reiterated the police institution’s keenness to make additional and dedicated efforts in order to upgrade police work and promote safety and security in the countrty.
