Colonel
Salim Ali Al Qattam Al Zaabi, Director General of Residency and
Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi stated that the Directorate is keen to
provide the best quality of customer service in accordance with the best
international standards. The strategy, which includes improving the
ease and facilitation of the processes, aims to achieve the overall
satisfaction and confidence of the public through the provision of
quality services.
These remarks were made during a
meeting held by the Directorate General of Residency and Foreigners
Affairs in Abu Dhabi in order to meet with the representatives of
authorized typing centers. The meeting was attended by Colonel Yussef
Ismail Al Khouri, Deputy Director General of Residency and Foreigners
Affairs in Abu Dhabi, in addition to the heads of departments and chiefs
of sections.
Colonel Al Zaabi said: “The Directorate
General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs adopts the spirit of
teamwork in servicing customers. When customers’ paperwork is accurately
filled-in, the process can be completed in record time.”
During
the meeting, officers at the Directorate General of Residency and
Foreigners Affairs reviewed and answered the inquiries of the
representatives from the typing centers.
