Colonel Staff Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Hajiri, Commander of the Special Security Forces at the Ministry of Interior, adorned eight officers from the Special Security Forces Headquarters with their new ranks. The officers were promoted by virtue of the Federal decree No. (7) of 2015 that His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, has recently issued. The promotion ceremony was held at the Special Security Forces’ headquarters.
Colonel Staff Al Hajiri extended his congratulations to the promoted officers and said: “This generous gift represents a turning point towards excellence and is an incentive to work even harder to gain new achievements. Such efforts will enhance the security and stability of our country, protect our national achievements, and optimize the policing system”.
The new ranks were awarded to Colonel Mohammed Hareb Salem Rashid Al Nuaimi; Colonel Saeed Matar Mohammed bin Halul Al Khatri; Lieutenant Colonel Mohammed Abdel Rahman Mohammed Abdullah Al Tunaiji; Lieutenant Colonel Mohammed Salem Abdullah Al Taha Al Tunaiji; Lieutenant Colonel Hassan Mohammed Humaidan Al Zaabi; Lieutenant Colonel Badr Saleh Hussein Mohammed Al Marzouqi; Lieutenant Colonel Saeed Ali Saeed Ahmed bu Khalil Al Ali; and Lieutenant Colonel Hamid Salim Mohammed Ali Al Naqbi.
Attending the ceremony were Colonel Mohammed Rashid Al Suwaidi, Head of the Operations Department and a number of officers from the headquarters.
