(BUSINESS WIRE)-- VSE Corporation (NASDAQ:VSEC), together with partner Saudi Prerogative Company (SPC) will showcase their wide range of defense sustainment capabilities, including the maintenance, repair, overhaul and modernization of land, sea and air systems at the International Defense Exhibition and Conference (IDEX) 2015 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
VSE and SPC have recently formed a Saudi-registered Joint Venture Company, VSE Arabia, dedicated to providing world-class platform, system and equipment sustainment to the Saudi market. VSE Arabia’s Riyadh office in Al-Akaria Plaza serves as headquarters for this initiative to bring the combined capabilities of the two companies to a broader market, improving readiness and providing cost effective sustainment to critical defense systems.
