Al Fazaa Initiative: the Ideal Choice to Support MoI’s Staff Members

Al Fazaa Initiative’ Introductory Tour Concludes

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates - Friday, October 2nd 2015 [ME NewsWire]

The Ministry of Interior recently concluded a tour organized to introduce the Fazaa program, part of the supportive initiatives provided by the Social Solidarity Fund to the employees of the Ministry of Interior. The tour also aimed to acquaint the ministry’s employees with the range of offerings provided by the program, and allow them to register in order to benefit from a unique range of services and programs.

Major General Salem Al Shamesi, Director General of the Social Solidarity Fund for the Ministry of Interior’s employees, stressed that this societal initiative aims to develop the concept of social solidarity, and strengthen the principles of brotherhood and solidarity within the MoI community, which makes it the perfect choice to support the MoI’s staff members.

Additionally, Major General Al Shamesi pointed out that the ministry is seeking to provide distinguished services to assist and support employees, by providing them with a wide range of unique services and programs at a minimal monthly subscription. “This initiative also reflects the Police Leadership’s commitment to achieve greater job satisfaction incentives for employees and their families by catering to their needs and facilitating their livelihood,” he said.

Furthermore, the Director General of the Social Solidarity Fund noted that the month-long introductory tour included the various departments of the Ministry of Interior. “The tour aimed to acquaint employees with the initiative to them and encourage them to join so as to benefit from the various benefits and advantages,” he continued. It is noteworthy that a large number of senior officers signed the “Fazaa” Initiative membership during the introductory workshops to encourage staff members to join.

The introductory workshops featured a detailed presentation about the Fazaa initiative and the advantages of subscription to Fazza membership, which is offered in three categories, gold, silver, and platinum cards. The “Fazaa” initiative provides numerous advantages and exclusive services that include personal accident insurance and compensation for damages caused by personal accidents, whether inside or outside of work, which may result in death or permanent, total or partial disability; professional labor services, rent-to-own car leasing services, in addition to medical care, discount programs and unique promotions, the “Amaken” service and the no interest loan schemes up to 100,000 dirhams.

During the workshops, participants were invited to visit the Fazaa website www.fazaa.ae to upgrade their membership, in order to enjoy greater benefits and get full details on the advantages and offers addressed to them.

It is worth mentioning that the Social Solidarity Fund that operates under the umbrella of the Ministry of Social Affairs was established in 1994. It is granted legal personality, which qualifies it to carry out its duties for the service of the Ministry of Interior’s staff members. The Fund relentlessly endeavors to develop and diversify its activities and the solidarity services it provides to members, to reduce the financial and service burdens they may face, and provide social educational and health services for them and their families.
