The council was moderated by media personality Abdul Rahman Al Shamiri, Director General and Editor-in-Chief of Al Watan Newspaper.

In his address at the council, Colonel Dr. Jassem Al Antali, Professor of Criminal Law at the Police College, said that the United Arab Emirates has become a leading model and achieved a quantum leap    in the field of Information Technology.
