The US Leadership Deep Dive Comes to Dubai

Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management and CCM Consultancy present the internationally-renowned executive training program

Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Sunday, April 15th 2012 [ME NewsWire]

CCM Consultancy,  Dubai-based HR and training consultancy, and Case Western Reserve University, the leader in research universities, represented by its Weatherhead School of Management present the Leadership Deep Dive. This sought-after leadership course was developed in the US and boasts a faculty of internationally-renowned experts in their respective fields.

The Leadership Deep Dive provides the opportunity for 50 executives to receive one full year of executive-level training and coaching.  The program, which caters to leaders across all industries, is set to begin on September 24, 2012 and will be held at The Address Hotel, located at the Dubai Mall.

Commenting on the significance of this event and the opportunities that it presents for participants, Edward Matti, Managing Partner of CCM Consultancy remarked, “This course is widely pursued in the United States for the depth of leadership training that it delivers and the level of executive coaching that participants will receive, thus benefitting their companies and themselves. The limited number of 50 seats adds to the advantage for participants resulting from the individualized attention they receive in executive coaching and skills training over the duration of one year.”

The Leadership Deep Dive has run two courses in the US and a third course in New Zealand; this will be its first time in the Middle East.

The lead faculty for the program include: Dr. Richard Boyatzis, H.R. Horvitz Professor in Family Business and Distinguished University Professor, a renowned best-selling author and researcher on Emotional Intelligence; Dr. David Cooperrider, Fairmount Minerals Professor in Social Entrepreneurship, the creator of Appreciative Inquiry, a revolutionary methodology for achieving sustainable, strength-based change; and Dr. Melvin Smith, Associate Professor, Organizational Behavior Faculty Director, Executive Education.

“The UAE’s focus on Emiratization and the establishment of international organizations in the region has resulted in many different nationalities working at the executive level who manage multinational teams.  The individuals that will converge in this executive leadership program will benefit not only from the expertise of the faculty, but also from the knowledge exchange that will take place among this diverse group of peers,” Matti concluded.

This one-year 9-day program is delivered in three separate 3-day sessions on September 24-26, 2012, January 28-30 and May 27-29, 2013.
