Linde AG and KJC sign agreement to set up a Healthcare company in Saudi Arabia

Dr. Wolfgang Buechele, CEO of Linde AG, and Sheikh Khaled Juffali, Chairman KJC, signed a shareholders agreement on June 24 at The Linde Group’s Head Office to set up a Healthcare joint venture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The event was also attended by Board Members and responsible managers including Dr. Aldo Belloni (Member of the Executive Board of Linde AG and responsible for region EMEA), Mr. Tom Blades (Member of the Executive Board of Linde AG and responsible for Linde Healthcare worldwide) and Mr. Ali Hamdani (Head of Linde Healthcare, Middle East).
The joint venture will be operated through a limited liability company under the name of Linde KJC Healthcare LLC and will provide innovative care programmes for long-term ventilated patients in their own hospitals and clinics under Linde trademark REMEO®. The venture also plans to provide Homecare services for chronically ill patients and other healthcare related services.
