The First Naturalization and Residency Human Resources Forum Kicks off Tomorrow

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - Monday, January 26th 2015 [ME NewsWire]

Under the patronage of Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, the first edition of the Human Resources Forum for the Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs Sector at the Ministry of Interior will kick off tomorrow. The one-day forum has been organized by the Directorate General of Resources and Support Services at the Ministry and will be held in the Jumeirah Hotel at Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi.

Lieutenant General Dahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Dubai Police and General Security, will participate in the Forum through the presentation of a work paper regarding job satisfaction and loyalty.

The Forum will discuss a number of topics related to human resources development, employee satisfaction, and the latest techniques and best applied practices in this area. The Forum will address a number of key themes and will feature a presentation and discussion of working papers deemed relevant to the main objective of the Forum. To namely promote job satisfaction, discussions will include experts and specialists with extensive experience in the field of human resources development
