SWISS-BELHOTEL INTERNATIONAL MARKS THIRD MILESTONE IN OMAN

Swiss-Belhotel International is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Al Farazdq Trading and Construction Company for the management of an International 2-star hotel, Swiss-Belexpress Muscat, in Oman. Swiss-Belexpress Muscat will be the third property for Swiss-Belhotel International in Oman.

Mr. Thomas van Vliet, Vice President Operations & Development, Swiss-Belhotel International, The Middle East, signed the Memorandum with Mr. Mohammad Khalfan Al Ghasani, the owner of Al Farazdq Trading and Construction Company, and the hotel is expected to open during the fourth quarter of this current year.

The Swiss-Belexpress Muscat is conveniently located in the heart of Muscat, Al Ghubrah, Muscat's prime business district, along Al Sultan Qaboos Street, at only a 15 minutes drive from Seeb International Airport and is also in close proximity to shopping malls and public beaches, making it attractive for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel will feature 95 air-conditioned rooms with en-suite facilities, desk, flat screen satellite TV, in-room safe, minifridge and hairdryer with other facilities and services to include a deli/ coffee shop, a business corner, disabled facilities, 24 hour room service, laundry/ dry cleaning facilities, airport transfers.
