The United States Bankruptcy Court has appointed Hilco Industrialas the exclusive agent to conduct the sale of the Evergreen SolarPV Solar Wafer/Cell/Panel Facility in Devens, MA and String Plant in Midland, MI, the real estate andall related assets housed in the facilities that were used to manufacture solar Wafers to Panels. Qualifying bidders must submit all bids by October 26, 2011 to participate in the final auction taking place November 1, 2011 for the assets located at Evergreen Solar’s facilities in Devens, Massachusetts and Midland, Michigan.
