Tony Rodriquez joins as chief financial officer, along with Steve Dille as the senior vice president of marketing, and Kamal Kirpalani as the vice president for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Over the last twenty years, Rodriquez, Dille, and Kirpalani have worked in technology, software, and service companies that have revolutionized the ecommerce and online marketing industries around the world. They have driven mergers and acquisitions, established global sales organizations, and taken companies to successful initial public offerings.
Rodriquez is responsible for the direction of TouchCommerce’s financial strategy. Previously, he served as a CFO Partner at Tatum LLC where he provided pre-IPO and interim financial, strategic and operating leadership for various publicly traded companies. As the former vice president of finance for ValueClick Inc., a leading global digital marketing company, Rodriquez led more than 13 mergers and acquisitions during a period of revenue growth from $40 million in annual revenue to a $500 million annual run rate.
Prior to joining TouchCommerce, Dille was the senior vice president of products for AdPortal, which was recently sold to Glam Media. During his tenure he was responsible for the company's software product strategy, engineering, and marketing. Previously, Dille served as the executive director and global head of marketing for Morgan Stanley Capital International where he also served on the operating committee. Morgan Stanley Capital is a $350 million public company delivering data and analytics solutions to the financial services industry. As the senior vice president of marketing at Viador, a leading enterprise portal supplier, he established a new product category and led a 45 person sales and marketing team from $1million in revenue to a successful IPO and $1billion market valuation.
Kirpalani is based out of the TouchCommerce Paris office, and is responsible for defining and executing the EMEA go-to-market strategy. Kirpalani brings 15 years of experience in setting up European sales and business development operations for US-based technology companies. Prior to joining TouchCommerce, Kirpalani was the director of international sales for Bazaarvoice, a leading global ecommerce solutions company where he was responsible for establishing the company’s European market presence. He took the market penetration from one office to five and from limited presence to more than 85 customers consisting of the top ten regional ecommerce companies in Germany, France, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands.
