Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police Meets Ambassadors of Pakistan and India

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates - Tuesday, June 24th 2014 [ME NewsWire]

Major General Mohammed Khalfan Matar Al Rumaithi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police, welcomed HE Asif Ali Khan Durrani, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the UAE, and T. P. Seetharam, Ambassador of the Republic of India to the UAE, in separate meetings in his office today, Tuesday.

During the meetings, His Excellency and the two ambassadors exchanged views on a number of issues of mutual interest and discussed ways to strengthen collaboration and cooperation in various police and security fields between the UAE and both Pakistan and India.

Both meetings were attended by Brigadier Omair Al Muhairi, Deputy Director of Police Operations at Abu Dhabi Police GHQ; Brigadier Mohammed Rashid Kasheem Al Shamesi, Head of the Diwan Department at the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ; Colonel Salim Ali Al Qattam Al Zaabi, Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi; as well as a number of officers.
