ME Newswire / Business Wire
PARIS - Wednesday, March 27th 2013
Patrice LeTulle has been appointed Business Wire's regional manager for southern Europe and the Middle East, with responsibility for expanding the company's dominant position in these strategically important markets.
He will report to Ken Bouton, senior vice president, global sales, who announced LeTulle's promotion today.
LeTulle, who speaks French, English and Arabic, joined Business Wire in 2008 as an account executive, and has consistently met his performance goals. He is a graduate of NEGOCIA and the INSEEC Paris Business School, where he earned a Masters degree in International Business and Management.
LeTulle will lead Business Wire's Paris office, which is the industry's market share leader in France. In addition to being the news distribution leader, the majority of the CAC 40 companies -- France's largest publicly traded companies -- use Business Wire to meet their regulatory disclosure requirements.
LeTulle also will serve as the local liaison with Agence France-Presse, the prestigious international news agency with which Business Wire has long maintained a privileged distribution relationship.
In his new role, LeTulle will work closely with Business Wire's reciprocal partners in his territory, including The News Services Group/ME Newswire.
NSG is Business Wire's exclusive representative in the MENA region, and has firmly established itself as the region's leading service provider, based on its comprehensive distribution network, coupled with its incomparable online monitoring reports.
"I'm very pleased that Patrice will be leading our team in Paris," said Bouton. "He's already created an infectious enthusiasm and demonstrated leadership skills that make it abundantly clear he will take our success to the next level in these important international markets."
"Southern Europe and the Middle East represent tremendous growth potential for Business Wire," said LeTulle in reflecting on his new assignment. "Our goal is to raise awareness of our brand in the region, and explain the many benefits of our services."
