ADP Achieves 93% Partners’ Satisfaction Level

Dubai Police lauds the achievement

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - Tuesday, July 2nd 2013 [ME NewsWire]

The Quality Assurance Office, at the General Department of Community Service of Dubai Police, lauded the high level of partners’ satisfaction with Abu Dhabi Police, which amounted to 93%. In a visit to the Community Police Department of Abu Dhabi Police, Colonel Hamid Al Ansari, Director of the office stressed that this high-level of satisfaction represents a significant progress, and reaffirms the development of community work in the relationship between partners and the police.

Lt. Colonel Mubarak Bin Muhairom, Director of the Community Police Department at Abu Dhabi Police had met the Dubai Police delegation members and gave them an overview of the partnership management system at ADP, how it is applied to work with partners, and the method used to take advantage of governmental, local and private partnerships for the interest of the community.

During the meeting, both parties reviewed a number of ideas and experiences submitted by the Director of the Community Police Department at Abu Dhabi Police, which ensured success in the relationship between the police, partners and community members. Moreover, discussions touched on ways to activate partnership in all its forms and styles, and how to leverage them to enhance performance to achieve greater and faster benefit for the community.

Colonel Hamid Al Ansari, Head of the Dubai Police delegation, lauded the Partnership System in force at the Community Police Department of Abu Dhabi Police. He extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Partnership Department for obtaining the Minister of Interior’s Award for Partnership Management; which is one of the reasons that prompted this visit.

For his part, Major Zaid Abdul Salam, Partnership Department Director at Dubai Police, indicated that both Dubai and Abu Dhabi Police are working together under the Ministry of Interior’s umbrella. “This visit allows us to benefit from the Abu Dhabi Police’s experience. In that context, we view the skills and expertise that we acquired thanks to this experience as an added value to what we work with at Dubai Police,” he said.

Major Zaid expressed his thanks to the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ, represented by the Community Policing Department and the Local Partnerships Section, for the good welcome and warm reception; lauding the cooperation with Dubai Police to provide best-in-class services to community members.

At the end of the meeting, both Abu Dhabi Police Community Police Director and Head of the Dubai Police delegation exchanged commemorative shields.

The Dubai Police delegation, headed by Major Zaid Abdul Salam, included the Partnership Department Director, and Head of the Performance Development Section.

Representing the Community Police Department of Abu Dhabi Police were Major Bahyan Hamad Al Ameri, Head of the Community Police Affairs; Captain Hamid Al Dire, Local Partnerships Branch Manager at the Geographic Partnerships Section; and Lieutenant Shahab Al Mahrami, Geographic Partnerships Branch Manager.
