al khaliji earns double accolades from ‘Banker Middle East 2013’

Al Khalij Commercial Bank (al khaliji) QSC earned two accolades from the Banker Middle East in recognition of the ‘Best Premium Banking Service’ Award and the ‘Best Structured Product’ Award for 2013.
For the second consecutive year, al khaliji was awarded the ‘Best Premium Banking Service’ for its innovative service targeted at Affluent and High Net Worth customers. In addition, the bank also received the “Best Structured Product Award”.
The winners are selected by registered users of the publisher CPI Financial in a 4-week online voting process. The awards have been judged by more than 14,600 unique voters with over 500,000 votes being casted across different categories making the voting one of the most credible in the banking sector.
Banker Middle East presented the awards yesterday to al khaliji’s Group Chief Executive Officer at the Bank’s headquarters in the presence of Senior Management.

al khaliji Premium Banking service is a series of services packaged under one brand. There are seven different components in the service: a dedicated relationship manager, access to upgraded and exclusive Premium centers at the branches, wealth management services, preferential rates on all types of loans, family benefits, and complimentary ‘Priority Pass’ membership. However, the element that stands out in this service is ‘Doorstep Banking’ whereby the customer’s dedicated relationship manager will come to their place or residence or business to handle normal personal banking requirements, that would normally require them to visit a branch.
al khaliji recently launched its program of value added benefits as a way of thanking customers for their loyalty. Its “no points just cash” program underlines the fact that it is the only bank in Qatar which rewards customers with Cash back on their credit cards and interest on their Fusion transaction account.
