EDISON, N.J. - Tuesday, May 20th 2014 [ME NewsWire](BUSINESS WIRE)-- J.M. Huber Corporation (“Huber”) announced that it will hold a conference call to discuss first quarter 2014 financial results on Tuesday, May 27th, at 11:00 AM ET.
Pursuant to the indenture dated as of November 1, 2011, between Huber and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, relating to Huber’s 9.875% Senior Notes due 2019 (the “Notes”), access to the conference call is limited to the following:
(a) Holders of the Notes;
(b) Prospective investors who have certified to Huber that they are Qualified Institutional Buyers (as defined in Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933);
(c) Securities analysts who have certified to Huber that they are reputable securities analysts who regularly cover or intend to cover Huber and the Notes; and
(d) market makers who have certified to Huber that they are reputable market makers who regularly make or intend to make a market in the Notes
Huber will post specific instructions on how to access the May 27th, 2014 conference call on the Huber secure SyndTrak investor website, which can only be accessed by qualified users.
