MoI Surveys the Community Regarding Its Services

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates - Saturday, March 26th 2016 [ME NewsWire]

The Research and Survey Center of the Strategy and Performance Development General Directorate at the Ministry of Interior conducted a survey to measure the social satisfaction regarding the police departments’ responsiveness to all types of reports.

The questionnaire included the measurement of satisfaction regarding the operations room, traffic patrols, ambulance, civil defense, Saaed and comprehensive security patrols.

Colonel Mohammed Hamid bin Dalmouj Al Dhaheri, Director General of Strategy and Performance Development at the Ministry of Interior, stressed the Ministry’s keenness to achieve the highest levels of quality and distinction in providing services that satisfy and please the different categories of the public.

For his part, Major Mubarak Saeed Al Rashidi, Survey Data Processing Branch Manager at the Research and Survey Center, said: “Survey research is necessary to review the most important factors in the society’s general satisfaction about police responsiveness, and in communicating with the subjects of the survey. This allows them to raise their voices and give their ideas in order to transform them into reality by making changes and implementing the possible enhancement opportunities.”
