ADP Residency and Foreigners Affairs Calls for Speedy Completion of customers’ transactions at Baniyas Passports Office

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi called upon employees at Baniyas Passports Office to fulfill their job requirements quickly and accurately, streamline procedures, enhance performance with a view to upgrade work standards to the highest levels, and provide distinguished services to the public.

These remarks were made by Colonel Salim Ali Al Qattam Al Zaabi, Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi, during his visit to Baniyas Passports Office. Colonel Al Zaabi reviewed the workflow and the percentage of transactions completed in order to identify potential obstacles that impede work and find the adequate solutions.

Colonel Al Zaabi stressed over the keenness of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi to work efficiently towards enhancing excellence, working as one team and providing distinguished services through the optimal investment in human and technological resources. “This approach embodies the Ministry of Interior's strategy to  provide distinguished police services to both citizens and residents of the UAE, enhance public’s trust and increase customer satisfaction with services offered to them as per the highest international standards,” he added.

Colonel Salim Ali Al Qattam Al Zaabi was accompanied during his visit by Colonel Salem Mohamed Al Ameri, Head of the Foreign Offices Department.
