Mediclinic International Selects Press Ganey as Global Patient Experience Partner

Partnership Provides Consistent Patient Experience Measurement 
Platform Across Facilities on Three Continents

Press Ganey to better understand and improve the patient experience 

across the organization’s 69 hospital campuses. Using Press Ganey’s 

census-based surveyingTM approach, Mediclinic will capture deeper 

patient experience data to generate insights and pinpoint 

opportunities for actionable improvement specific to each of the 

facilities’ unique patient populations.
