The Al Ain Police Directorate recently launched its online incident/crime reporting service between Al Qua’a and Al Wagan Police Stations, as well as between Al Saad, Sweihan, and Al Khazna Police Stations. This step aims to improve services to be on par with the best international standards.
Brigadier Hamad Ajlan Al Amimi, Director of the Al Ain Police Directorate indicated that this new service will contribute to rapidly enhancing security and stability in the country. “It embodies the police leadership’s directions and comes in line with the state’s aspirations to take advantage of the modern resources to develop and integrate services among community institutions,” he said.
He added that this first-of-its-kind service at the countrywide level aims to achieve optimum use of human resources as well as save the public time, effort, and the hassle of obtaining police services.
It is worth mentioning that this electronic service is characterized by its flexibility, scalability, and the ability to add more services. This inaugural step will be followed by several electronic services that will provide community members with easier access to security services regularly and efficiently.
