Simon Fletcher Joins Korn Ferry

(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent authority on leadership and talent, today announced that Simon Fletcher has joined the firm as Principal Consultant in Leadership and Talent Consulting in the Middle East. He will be based in the Dubai office.

Simon began his career as a Psychologist in applied research in the automotive industry where he earned his PhD. He then worked as an internal and latterly external consultant to a variety of UK Government Departments before moving to the Centre for Customised Executive Development at Cranfield School of Management where he was an Executive Development Director for five years. In this role Simon designed, delivered and directed assessment and development programmes for emerging and top talent in a variety of industries throughout the UK, Europe and North Africa. He was the primary contact for a number of United Nations Agencies, working personally with 250 senior professionals and directors.

Simon is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. He read Psychology at the University of Bristol, before completing an MSc in Applied Psychology at Cranfield University and a PhD in Applied Psychology at Loughborough University.
