‘High-engagement’ Organizations Have an Earnings-Per-Share Growth Rate 3.9 Times Higher than Counterparts Says Leadership Expert

US Leadership Deep Dive Comes to Dubai organized by Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management and CCM Consultancy

Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Monday, June 18th 2012 [ME NewsWire]

Multi-national corporations and organizations throughout the Middle East have the opportunity to increase organizational efficiency and workforce performance by participating in the US Leadership Deep Dive executive training program.  CCM Consultancy and Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management present a high-level dynamic training through a panel of experts; this level of executive training enables companies to realize tangible financial results whether it is increasing their earnings-per-share or their bottom line.

“An increase in earnings-per-share growth rates is an enticing prospect to companies aiming to achieve a higher level of workforce efficiency and overall output through executive leadership training,” commented Dr. David Cooperrider, Fairmount Minerals Professor in Social Entrepreneurship. “The ‘high-engagement’ leadership principle is one that suggests that leaders ought to focus on the strengths of an operation rather than trying to mitigate the weaknesses; it has been a highly effective strategy that can lead to a significant return for the company.”

“This program is open to leaders across all industries, and is limited to 50 executives, who will receive one full year of executive-level training and coaching.  There is a competitive advantage in taking part in the Leadership Deep Dive and because of the exclusivity of the event, it has been sought-after by firms seeking to optimize their human resource capabilities,” stated Edward Matti, CCM Consultancy Managing Partner.

Set to begin on September 24, 2012, the course was developed in the US and boasts a faculty of internationally-renowned experts in their respective fields.

The lead faculty for the program include: Dr. Richard Boyatzis, H.R. Horvitz Professor in Family Business and Distinguished University Professor; Dr. David Cooperrider, Fairmount Minerals Professor in Social Entrepreneurship; and Dr. Melvin Smith, Associate Professor, Organizational Behavior Faculty Director, Executive Education.

The Leadership Deep Dive has run two courses in the US and a third course in New Zealand; this will be its first time in the Middle East.

This one-year 9-day program is delivered in three separate 3-day sessions on September 24-26, 2012, January 28-30 and May 27-29, 2013. The leadership course will be held at The Address Hotel, located at the Dubai Mall.
