He will be based in the firm’s Dubai office.
Mr. O’Hara began his search career in the asset management and alternative investments market before moving into a global transaction services practice encompassing cash management, trade finance, project finance, custody and fund services, and liquidity. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. O’Hara was a Principal within the financial services practice at another global executive search firm.

He has typically led searches for senior front office investment executives as well as wider leadership roles and also key assignments with both regulators and stock exchanges across the region.
