ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates - Friday, July 4th 2014 [ME NewsWire] Abu Dhabi Police honored a group of its distinguished staff members who received the Ideal Employee Award in its 17th edition in the following categories: field employee, administrative employee, specialized employees, supervisory employees, technical employees, and the new employee category. The ceremony is a tribute to all winners from the Capital Police Directorate, Al Ain Police Directorate, the Western Region Police Directorate and the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
Major General Mohammed bin Al Awadhi Al Menhali, Director General of Police Operations at Abu Dhabi Police, received the honored distinguished officers, non-commissioned officers and constables at his office. He congratulated them on their achievements and urged them to exert further efforts to achieve excellence and creativity in their work. The ceremony was attended by Brigadier Omair Al Muhairi, Deputy Director of Police Operations at Abu Dhabi Police; Colonel Dr. Rashid Mohammad Borshid, Head of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) at the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ; and a number of officers.
