Launches facility in Dubai Outsource Zone to enhance global footprint

Close on the heels of its merger with Serco, a leading FTSE 100 international service company, Intelenet today announced its foray in the Middle East market by setting up an outsourcing facility in the United Arab Emirates. The 200-seater facility is located in the Dubai Outsource Zone (DOZ), an aptbase for businesses that engage in mid to high-end IT and BPO locations providing a highly facilitated infrastructure and environment conducive for outsourcing.
Intelenet’s new delivery centre will commence operations by offering services to clients in the telecom and banking and financial services domains. It will also offer multilingual capabilities in English, Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog and various other languages.

Cost pressures have additionally declined in the wake of the financial crisis, adding to the UAE’s attractiveness as an ideal and enabling outsourcing market.
